The application form, statement of purpose must be submitted directly via the online application link. Please note that the letter of recommendation must be completed and sent to admission@dgist.ac.kr by the evaluator. You can submit the most recent transcript showing grades of all coures you have compledted before your last semester.

No, DGIST only accepts both documents written in English. You can submit the documents in Korean only if your school does not issue them in English under the school’s academic policy.

DGIST does not limit the number of applicants to admit for each admissions period. However, we may close the next Spring intakes or Fall admissions if the number of students to admit exceeds the maximum number of students to be admitted throughout the whole academic year.

Yes. All lectures and research activities in DGIST programs are delivered in English.

M.S. or Integrated M.S.&Ph.D. program – Students who hold a bachelor’s degree or they are expected to complete a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Students must be able to enroll in the semester of applying admissions period.

Ph.D program – Students who hold a master’s degree or they are expected to complete a master’s degree or equivalnet. Students must be able to enroll in the semester of applying admissions period.

Additionally, students for ‘General Scholarship’ also need to be recommended by the head of their institutions (company, institute, etc.). There are no limitations on majors. Although the major that you completed is different from the department(major) that you are applying for, your diverse educational background would be considered to be an advantage which is beneficial for conducting convergence researches.

It depends on your need. You can reach out to them as you wish, regardless of the right time. It would be helpful for you to inquire of a faculty member if you can conduct your research at DGIST after you are admitted to graduate school. It would be helpful to get a chance to talk to faculty members through Open Lab Tour.
