Sexual harassment refers to acts that not only violate an individual’s right to sexual autonomy but also cause sexual discrimination pertaining to work and education-related rights via unwanted sexual words and actions in the workplace, a public body, at school, or another group.

Sexual assault (sexual violence) refers to al sexual speech and behavior that goes against the intention of the other party and amounts to mental, verbal, or physical violence that violates an individual’s right to sexual autonomy.
‘Sexual assault‘ refers to all physical/verbal/mental violence that violates an individual’s right to free sexual discretion and personal rights, especially referring to cases that fall under the category of misdeeds as regulated in Article 2, Clause 1 of Special Laws Pertaining to Punishment for Sexual Assault Crimes.
